Does Coffee & Contracts really work?
It works if you post what it gives you. Coffee & Contracts gives you 1,000+ Canva templates, weekly and monthly content drops, weekly trainings and an AI helper for captions, for $74 a month (or $62 a month billed $740 a year). It does not post for you: Instagram scheduling is marked “coming soon.” New plans start Nov 25 at $99, $139 and $199 a month.

We make PropWalk, a different kind of tool, so read this as a competitor’s summary. We read Coffee & Contracts’ pricing page and two reviews on Nov 6, 2026. Its site is coffeecontracts.com; coffeeandcontracts.com is an unrelated insurance site.

What reviewers say
- The Close (August 2026) flags that nothing is posted for you and that support is by email.
- AI & Realtors (October 2026) flags that every member gets the same templates, so feeds can look alike.
- Its own page lists member results, like agents who closed millions from Instagram. Those are its claims; we cannot check them.
If it did not work for you
The usual reason is that the posts never went out. PropWalk makes a week of posts from your listing address and posts them for you: $49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly, 7 posts a week, posted for you (30 a month). No templates to fill, and every feed is made from that agent’s own listing.
