A week of posts
A different post for every day of the week, with your name on every one.
We’re real estate people. We built PropWalk because agents who show up online get remembered, and almost nobody has the hours to make it happen.
Here’s why we made it, how it works, what it costs and what agents say about it.
Why PropWalk
Our goal is simple. Get you seen by buyers and sellers, week after week, without you making a single post.
Most agents have two options. Pay a social media manager $500 to $3,000 a month. Or post it yourself: a “Just listed” photo on Sunday night, then nothing for weeks.
Here’s the thing. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok show your posts to people who don’t follow you yet. The more you show up, the more new people see you. So we built the part that makes you show up.
Before PropWalk, we got paid $4,500 a month to do this by hand for one agent. Now software does the hours, so it costs a fraction of that.
$500 to $3,000 a month, and they still wait on your photos.
Sunday night, if you get to it.
A post for every day, made and posted for you. From $49 a month.
How it works
Address in, week out. You type a listing address. We make seven posts from that home, one for each day. You look them over, tap approve, and we post them.
No listing right now? Doesn’t matter. One tap makes the week from your market instead: posts for buyers, for sellers, and about your town.
Or paste the Zillow link. That’s the whole setup.
Designed, written and captioned, with your name on every one.
On Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, at good times, while you work.
What you get
Everything a social media manager does. The topic, the design, the words, the captions and the posting.
A different post for every day of the week, with your name on every one.
Made from the listing’s photos. This one came from 6 photos of a Manhattan penthouse.
How it gets you deals
This is the part nobody explains. So here it is, step by step.
The apps show your posts to people who don’t follow you. New buyers and sellers, every week.
Everyone who knows you sees you working. They think of you when a friend wants to sell.
Closing costs. Getting a house ready. Moving to your city. People save those and DM you.
Sellers look you up before they call. An active page beats an agent with a dead one.
Reach grows over months of posting. Most agents quit after two weeks. You won’t have to.
sellers contacted only one agent. Be the one they already know.NAR 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers

Real agents and photographers who use it, in their own words.
I’m not a technology person. Eight years in this business and I’ve avoided anything that looked complicated. This one I figured out on my own the first afternoon. I paste the link, look at what it made, and post the ones I like.
Sunday nights used to be me sitting there trying to think of captions for the week. Now I upload once and it’s done, and I actually edit maybe one or two of them before posting. The rest go up as-is.
I’ve tried to be consistent on Instagram for three years and always fell off after about two weeks. This is the first time I’ve posted every day for a full month straight, mostly because the work is already done and I just have to hit the button.
Had two listings go live the same week and nothing prepped for either. Pasted both Zillow links Monday morning and had two full weeks of posts by lunch. That would’ve been three or four nights of work for me.
This was truly a no brainer for me. Being able to generate & post high quality content in minutes has made a HUGE difference in my deal flow and now buyers and sellers come to me!
I’ll be honest, I signed up to figure out how much trouble I was in. Turned out to be the opposite. I shoot the same as always, run the stills through, and now video is a line item on my invoice. Didn’t have to buy a gimbal or learn an editor.
Whether you pick us or not is fine. We just want you to know what social media can do for an agent when it’s done right. We built PropWalk because we care about agents, and we wouldn’t put our name on something we didn’t believe in.
Don’t take our word for it. Type your listing’s address and see your own week first.
