Are videos included in my plan?

What do I get for free?
Your first walkthrough and your first photo edits come free inside the 7-day trial: pick a plan, your full month of credits lands the moment you start, and if you cancel within 7 days you pay nothing. Love it or it's free.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Pick a plan and your full month of credits lands immediately — every tool, full resolution, no watermark. Cancel any time in the first 7 days and you pay nothing. One trial per account.
What is a credit?
Credits are one pool you spend on any tool. A photo edit is 10. A walkthrough is priced by how long it turns out: 40 credits for a single-photo three-second clip, 125 for fifteen seconds, 250 for the thirty-second standard, 450 for the full sixty-second tour. Those are 720p; 1080p is 1.6×. No feature locks anywhere — every plan can use every tool at every resolution.
Can I buy credits without subscribing?
Yes. One-time credit packs start at $10, nothing renews, and pack credits never expire — grab one from your Credits page whenever you need it. Most tools in this space refuse one-off purchases; we think you should be able to try a single listing first.
Are there ways to earn free credits?
Yes — invite fellow agents from your Refer page and earn credits as they join, and leaving a review earns 100 credits no matter what you write. We keep adding ways to give back.
Why go yearly instead of month-to-month?
Yearly is up to 49% off — the same plan at close to half the monthly rate, and your cost per video drops with it. One decision instead of twelve, and video is ready every time you win a listing rather than being a purchase you re-debate each month.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits roll over for up to 2 months, so a slow month is not money burned. Credits from one-time packs never expire at all.
How much is virtual staging and photo editing?
Every photo tool — relighting, staging, decluttering, exterior light, renovation previews — costs the same 10 credits per photo, about a dollar. Your first month of trial credits covers a full listing's worth of edits.
What removes the watermark?
Any purchase, permanently — a subscription or a one-time pack. From then on everything you make downloads clean, and downloads stay unlocked even if you later cancel.
What is the difference between the plans?
More listings for less per listing. Higher tiers carry more monthly credits at a lower per-credit price, plus more included mini-sites. If you list every week, the math upgrades you on its own.
