One plan for one agent: $74 a month, $199 a quarter, or $740 a year. You get new content every week, captions with it, a content calendar built around your schedule, Instagram analytics, a link-in-bio page, lead magnets, email templates and a members group with regular trainings.
It's strong on taste and on teaching you why a post works. It's a membership, so the value shows up only in the weeks you open it.
Agent Crate: the ladder

The $99 plan is the one to look at if your problem is that nothing goes out. Know what it posts: real estate content written for every member, not posts about the home you listed on Tuesday.
What both leave on your plate
Your listings. Both are libraries, and a library is written before your listing exists. The Just Listed, the open house, the price drop, the sold: you're still opening a template, dropping in photos, typing the address and posting it. That's the part that gets skipped.
The third option
PropWalk starts from the other end. You type the listing address and it makes the month from that home: the property tour, the just listed and just sold posts, plus tips for buyers and sellers and a bit about you for the days between. Captions are already written. You approve and it posts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. $79.99 a month, no contract.
