What Coffee & Contracts is good at
One plan, $74 a month, $199 a quarter or $740 a year. New content every week with captions, a content calendar, Instagram analytics, a link-in-bio page, lead magnets, email templates and a members group with trainings. It's known for the polished, lifestyle look, and it teaches you why a post works.
What it can't do is know your listing, and its site doesn't list posting for you. So the content is good, and getting it on your feed is still your job.

If you want posts about your listings, not real estate in general
PropWalk starts from the listing address and makes the month from that home: the property tour, the just listed and just sold posts, plus tips for buyers and sellers and a bit about you for the days between. Captions are already written. You approve, and it posts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
If you want a library and a lower bill
Agent Crate's Create plan is $59 a month for 500+ templates you customize in Canva. That's $15 a month less, and you give up the Coffee & Contracts community and trainings.
When to stay
If you open it every week, use the trainings and like making the posts your own, nothing here replaces the community. PropWalk doesn't have one.
