Heads up: we make PropWalk, and it shows up three times below. Weigh that. Every outside price is from the company’s own page, read on October 27, 2026. Links are at the bottom.
You don’t need more apps in 2027. Most “AI tools for agents” lists name 40. You need about four, one for each job you keep not getting to. Set them up in December and you start January working, not shopping.

What’s different going into 2027
- Posting for you isn’t rare anymore. PropWalk, RealEstateContent.ai and Apaya publish after you approve, and Agent Crate’s $99 plan publishes for you. Schedulers like Buffer and Later still post only what you load into them.
- California’s AB 723 took effect January 1, 2026. A digitally changed listing photo, staging included, needs a note saying so, and the original has to be available. Staging tools are building it in.
- autoreel.io now forwards to reelsy.ai, a tool for online stores. If you paid AutoReel for listing videos, see the 2027 video list.
- Camera-move video is cheap: on our check, Reeloft’s first plan was $29 a month for up to 10 videos.
1. Social posts: PropWalk
Type the listing address. PropWalk makes the week from that home: the property tour, the just listed post, the walkthrough, tips for buyers and sellers, captions written, your name on every card. You approve, it posts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Starter is $49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly: 7 posts a week, posted for you (30 a month). No listing right now? It makes the week from your market instead.
The catch: no LinkedIn or X. If LinkedIn is where your clients are, RealEstateContent.ai ($119 a month, or $999 a year) posts there too, and makes videos of you talking from one photo and 30 seconds of your voice.
2. Listing video: PropWalk for a walkthrough, vProp for voice-over
PropWalk turns the listing photos into a 30-second walkthrough that moves room to room, in minutes. 1 a month on Starter, 3 on Pro, or $39 once for one listing. Want a voice reading a script over the photos? vProp does that, $19 a video, down to $15 each in a pack of 100. The catch: vProp’s room-by-room walkthrough costs a video and a half in credits, and its free videos carry a watermark.
3. Virtual staging: PropWalk
Upload the empty room, pick a look, and it comes back furnished in under a minute. Each staged photo is one photo enhancement: 50 a month on Starter, about a dollar each. It downloads with the MLS disclosure line and the original. The catch: furniture only. Want staging and nothing else? Collov AI is $19 a month billed yearly for 60 photos.
4 to 6. Writing, design and scheduling
ChatGPT writes listing descriptions, open house emails and replies on its free plan. Read every line: it will write “perfect for a young family” if you let it, and that is a fair-housing problem. Canva’s free plan has a template for everything. Buffer schedules 3 channels free, then $5 a channel a month. The catch for all three: you still do the work.
Your 2027 setup, in 15 minutes
- Write down the one job you skipped most in 2026. Pay for the tool that does that job. Nothing else yet.
- Use free plans for the rest: ChatGPT for words, Canva for a one-off flyer.
- Make your first week before January: type your newest listing’s address and see the posts it makes.
- Put 15 minutes on your calendar every Monday to approve the week. That is the whole habit.
Questions
Common questions.
What AI tool should a real estate agent start with in 2027?
The one for the job you skip most. For most agents that’s posting. PropWalk ($49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly) makes the posts from your listings and posts them. A free account makes a week of posts a month, no card.
Are AI-edited listing photos allowed on the MLS in 2027?
Yes, when they show the home as it is. Staged or edited photos need a label and the original. California’s AB 723 has required that since January 1, 2026. Check your own MLS rules.
How much should an agent spend on AI tools in 2027?
Most agents need one paid tool and free plans for the rest. PropWalk is $49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly. RealEstateContent.ai is $119 a month. ChatGPT, Canva and Buffer all have free plans.
Will these prices change in 2027?
Some will. We read every price on the company’s own page on October 27, 2026. Check the link at the bottom before you buy.
