Heads up: we make PropWalk, so it’s on this list and ranked first. Weigh that. The ranking is by one thing: how much of the posting job a tool takes off you, then the price. Every tool gets its catch, ours included. Prices are from each company’s own page on October 27, 2026. Links are at the bottom.
Every agent says next year is the year they post every day. Most said it about 2026 too. What stopped them wasn’t the will. It was the work: deciding what to say, making it, and putting it up on the right day. Pick the tool that does the part you skip.
The 2027 ranking at a glance

1. PropWalk: best for posts made from your own listings, posted for you
Starter is $49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly. Type the listing address and it makes the week from that home: the property tour, just listed and just sold, the walkthrough, tips for buyers and sellers, captions written, your name and brokerage on every card. You approve, it posts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok: 7 posts a week, posted for you (30 a month). Pro ($99 a month, or $74 a month billed yearly): up to 3 posts a day, posted for you. No listing? It makes the week from your market.
The catch: no LinkedIn or X, and no videos of you talking. We’re a young company, so outside reviews are few. Don’t take our word for it: make a free week on your own listing first, no card.
2. RealEstateContent.ai: best if LinkedIn and X matter to you
$119 a month, or $999 a year. It writes, designs and posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X, turns a listing link into Just Listed through Just Sold posts, and makes videos of you talking from one photo and 30 seconds of your voice. The catch: the highest software price here, and no free trial, only a 14-day money-back window.
3. Apaya: new on the list, AI posts on five networks
AI writes the posts and designs the graphics, and it publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok after you approve each one. $55 a month billed yearly, with a 3-day trial. The catch: its real estate page shows one price, billed for the year, and nothing about building posts from a listing address.
4. Trolto: posts plus a listing site and lead follow-up
Starter is $59 a month, Pro $99, with a 7-day free trial and up to 20% off yearly. Weekly posts done for you, listing videos, a property website with a seller report, and a follow-up drafted for every lead. The catch: Starter covers 1 active property website, so a second listing takes Pro. If you only want posting, you pay for the rest.
5 and 6. People, not software: Aibrify and Social Realtr
New on the list, Aibrify’s team writes, designs and schedules 20 posts a month on up to 4 accounts for $99 a month, or $79 billed yearly. Managed Pro, $199, adds 8 short videos and a blog post a month. The catch: it also sells websites and an AI receptionist, so real estate is one market of many.
Social Realtr’s people make 12 posts and 4 video edits a month on the first plan, $199 a month or $99 billed yearly, with a 14-day trial (card required). The catch: 12 posts is about three a week. A freelancer runs $300 to $1,500 a month, so both are still a cheap way to get a human.
7 and 8. Templates: Agent Crate and Coffee & Contracts
Agent Crate’s Create plan is $59 a month for the calendar and 500+ templates you finish in Canva. Automate, $99, publishes 4 Instagram posts a week and pushes them to Facebook. Grow, $149, adds a CRM and a landing page builder. Branded, $199, makes 3 posts a week in your colors. New this year: yearly plans, Create at $590 a year. Coffee & Contracts is $74 a month, $199 a quarter or $740 a year, for new content every week, a calendar and a members group.
The catch for both: the posts are written for every member, not the home you listed this week, and your listing’s photos and price go in by hand.
9 to 12. You make it, they post it: Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva
- Later, $18.75 a month billed yearly: built around Instagram, shows your grid before anything is live. The catch: it makes nothing.
- Buffer, free for 3 channels with 10 posts queued on each, then $5 a channel a month ($10 on its Team plan). The catch: it makes nothing.
- Hootsuite, from $99 a month billed yearly: scheduling and reports for a team. The catch: more than one agent needs.
- Canva, free plan: a design template for anything. The catch: you write it, pick the photos and post it yourself.
A 2027 posting week that works
Whatever tool you pick, this is the week to aim for. Seven posts, one a day:
- The home you’re selling: the tour or the walkthrough.
- Just listed, or just sold.
- A tip for buyers.
- A tip for sellers.
- Your town: a market number, a new coffee shop, a school date.
- You: why you do this job, or a client win.
- The question clients keep asking you, answered.
Most agents in your city don’t post every week. Post this every week of 2027 and you’re ahead of nearly all of them. If making seven a week is the part you skip, that’s the job to hand off.
