The best AI tools for real estate agents in 2026, by job

By the PropWalk team

The short answer

Pick by job. For social posts made and posted from your listings: PropWalk ($49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly). For a narrated listing video: vProp, from $19 a video. For staging: PropWalk's photo tools, about $1 a photo in the plan. For listing descriptions and emails: ChatGPT. For design: Canva. For scheduling posts you made: Buffer.

What PropWalk makes

A week of posts from one listing link.

Paste the listing link. PropWalk writes the week, 7 posts a week, posted for you (30 a month), on your Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Change anything before it goes out.

Heads up: we make PropWalk, and it shows up twice below. Weigh that. Each job gets a pick, a runner-up and the catch, ours included. Prices are from each company's own page: vProp and Amplifiles on October 9, 2026, the listing-video tools on October 3 and 4, 2026, RealEstateContent.ai and Buffer on September 29, 2026.

Most "AI tools for agents" lists name 40 apps. You need about four. Start from the job that is not getting done, not the tool that looks cool.

1. Social posts made and posted: PropWalk

Type the listing address and PropWalk makes the posts from that home: the property tour, the just listed post, the walkthrough, tips for buyers and sellers, captions written, your name and brokerage on every card. You approve, it posts. Starter is $49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly: 7 posts a week, posted for you (30 a month). Pro is $99 a month, or $74 a month billed yearly: up to 3 posts a day, posted for you. No listing? It writes how-tos and market posts for your town.

The catch: it posts to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, not LinkedIn or X. Runner-up RealEstateContent.ai ($119 a month, or $999 a year) does LinkedIn and X too, and makes videos of you talking without filming.

2. A walkthrough video from the listing photos: PropWalk

About 3 minutes from the Zillow link to a 30-second walkthrough that moves room to room through the actual home. 1 a month on Starter, 3 on Pro, or $39 once for one listing. The catch: it is 30 seconds; a 60-second tour counts as two. Runner-up Reeloft gives each photo its own camera move, $59 a month for 3 videos.

3. A narrated video with voice-over: vProp

vProp writes a script, reads it with a voice and adds captions over your photos. $19 a video one time, cheaper in bigger packs, or Premium at $36 a month billed yearly for 3 videos and up to 10 team members. The catch: free videos carry its watermark, and its room-by-room walkthrough costs extra credits. Runner-up Amplifiles animates each photo and adds voice-over and captions for $1.50 an image.

4. Virtual staging: PropWalk

Upload the empty room, pick a look, under a minute later it is furnished. It counts as one of the plan's photo enhancements: 50 a month on Starter, about a dollar each. Staging services charge $16 to $75 a photo. The catch: it adds furniture only, and every staged photo needs the MLS label, which comes with the download.

5. Writing: ChatGPT

For listing descriptions, open house emails and replies, ChatGPT is fast and has a free plan. The catch: it will write "perfect for a young family" if you let it, and that is a fair-housing problem. Read every line, and check every fact against the listing.

6 and 7. Design and scheduling: Canva and Buffer

If you like making your own posts, Canva’s free plan has templates for everything, and Buffer’s free plan schedules them on 3 channels, then $5 a channel a month. The catch: you still write, design and load every post yourself.

Questions

Common questions.

What is the best AI tool for real estate social media?

For posts made from your own listings and posted for you, PropWalk ($49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly). If you also post to LinkedIn or X, RealEstateContent.ai ($119 a month).

What is the best AI tool for listing videos?

For a walkthrough of the actual home from the photos, PropWalk (in the plan, or $39 once a listing). For a narrated video with voice-over, vProp, from $19 a video.

Are AI listing photos and videos allowed on the MLS?

Yes, when they show the home as it is. Staged or edited images need a label and the original, and California’s AB 723 requires that since January 1, 2026. Check your own MLS.

How much should an agent spend on AI tools?

Most agents need two to four tools. Free plans cover writing, design and scheduling; the paid one should be the job you keep not getting to. PropWalk is $49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly.
