Do you post it, or do I?
We do. Connect Instagram, Facebook and TikTok once. Each day's post goes out on every account you connect, at spread-out times, never on the hour. You see every post first and can skip or edit any of it in one tap.
What do you actually post?
Not just-listed graphics. Every listing becomes a month of posts: a just-listed post, a photo tour, the walkthrough, a highlights carousel, a neighborhood numbers post, a spotlight photo and a book-a-showing post, captions and hashtags written. Between listings: buyer and seller how-tos, market numbers and checklists for your area.
Are the posts generic?
No. Every post is built from the listing you are selling: its photos, its numbers, its street and its neighborhood. The how-to posts are written for your market, with your name and brokerage on the card. Nothing here is a stock template with a logo swapped in.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 3 days free on Starter or Pro, monthly or yearly, card up front. Everything in the plan works from the first minute, posting included. Cancel before the 3 days end and nothing is charged; on a yearly plan, the year is charged when the free days end. One trial per customer.
What do I get for free?
One week of posts a month (7 posts) and one walkthrough video a month (720p), no card needed. You download them and post them yourself. When you want them posted for you, the photo tools and full resolution, pick a plan.
Is it MLS-compliant?
By construction. The walkthrough is built only from your listing photos, so it shows the actual home: same rooms, same layout, same finishes, nothing invented. Edited photos (staging, declutter, sky, renovation previews) are disclosed edits, and every one ships with the disclosure caption, the MLS label export and the unaltered original that CRMLS, NorthstarMLS, Stellar MLS and California AB 723 ask for.
