Do I have to learn the software?+
No. You never have to open it. Send photos, get the finished listing back. If you ever do want to log in and make something yourself, the account is there.
What if I don't have 3 listings in a month?+
Unused listings roll into the next month, up to two months’ worth banked. A quiet month carries a busy one.
What if I have more than that?+
Extra listings are $299 each, the same as the one-off price, and you can order them any time. If you are regularly past 3 a month it is worth talking to us about a bigger plan.
How is this different from ordering one listing at a time?+
Price and memory. Each listing is about $233 instead of $299, and you stop having to remember to order. Send photos when a listing goes live and it gets handled.
Is what you make MLS compliant?+
Nothing is invented, added or removed in the walkthrough. Only the camera moves, so the video shows the actual rooms, layout and finishes. Where photos are edited or staged, the disclosure caption and the unaltered original are attached to the delivery, which is what California AB 723 and the major MLS rules ask for.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, any time, from your account. The first 30 days are free, so you can see a full month of listings before anything is charged.
